This User Agreement (hereinafter - Agreement) applies to the website located at http://stemax.ae.

The site http://stemax.ae (hereinafter -Site) is the property of SteMax DMCC LLC. This Agreement regulates relations between the Site Administration and the User of this Site.

The site administration reserves the right to change, add or delete clauses of this Agreement at any time without notice to the User.

The User's continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the Agreement and the changes made to this Agreement.

User is personally responsible for checking this Agreement for any changes to it.

DEFINITIONS OF TERMS

"Site Administration" - authorized site management employees acting on behalf of "SteMax DMCC" LLC, who organize and (or) carry out the processing of personal data, as well as determines the purposes of personal data processing, the composition of personal data subject to processing, actions (operations) performed with personal data.

"Site User" (hereinafter - User) - a person who has access to the Site, via the Internet and uses the Site.

"Site Content" (hereinafter referred to as "Content") means the protected results of intellectual activity, including the texts of literary works, their titles, forewords, abstracts, articles, illustrations, covers, musical works with or without text, graphic, textual, photographic, derivative, composite and other works, user interfaces, visual interfaces, trademark names, logos, programs, databases, as well as the design, structure, selection, coordination, appearance, general style and arrangement of this Content

SUBJECT OF AGREEMENT

The subject of this Agreement is to provide the User with access to the information and services contained on the Site. All existing (actually functioning) at the moment services (services) of the Website, as well as any subsequent modifications and additional services (services) appearing in the future fall under the scope of this Agreement.

Access to the Site is provided on a voluntary basis.

This Agreement is a public offer. By accessing the Site the User shall be deemed to have acceded to this Agreement.

The use of materials and services of the Site is regulated by the norms of the current legislation of the Russian Federation.

RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES

The site administration has the right: To change the rules of using the Site, as well as to change the content of this Site. Changes come into force from the moment of publication of the new version of the Agreement on the Site.

Restrict access to the Site in case of violation of the terms of this Agreement by the User.

The User has the right:
Use all services available on the Site.Ask any questions related to the services.Use the Site solely for the purposes and in the manner provided by the Agreement and not prohibited by the legislation of the Russian Federation.

The User of the Site is obliged to:
Provide at the request of the Administration of the Site additional information that is directly related to the provided services of this Site.

Observe property and non-property rights of authors and other right holders when using the Site.

Do not take actions that may be considered disruptive to the normal operation of the Site.

Not to distribute any confidential information about individuals or legal entities protected by the legislation of the Russian Federation using the Site.

Avoid any actions that may compromise the confidentiality of information protected by the laws of the Russian Federation.

Do not use the Site to distribute information of an advertising nature, otherwise than with the consent of the Site Administration.

Do not use the Site for the purpose of:
Downloading content that is illegal, violates any rights of third parties; promotes violence, cruelty, hatred and (or) discrimination on racial, national, sexual, religious, social grounds; contains inaccurate information and (or) insults to specific individuals, organizations, authorities.

Encouragement to commit unlawful acts, as well as assistance to persons whose actions are aimed at violating restrictions and prohibitions in force in the territory of the Russian Federation.

Violations of the rights of minors and (or) causing any form of harm to them.

Infringements on the rights of minorities

Impersonating another person or representative of an organization and/or community without reasonable authority, including employees of this Site.

Misrepresentation of the properties and characteristics of the services posted on the Site.

Inappropriate comparisons of services, as well as the formation of negative attitudes towards or condemnation of persons (not) using certain services.

User may not:
Use any device, program, procedure, algorithm or method, automated device or equivalent manual process to access, acquire, copy or monitor the content of this Site.

Disrupt the proper functioning of the Site.

By any means, circumvent the navigation structure of the Site to obtain or attempt to obtain any information, documents or materials by any means not specifically presented by the services of this Site.

Unauthorized access to the features of the Site, any other systems or networks related to this Site, and any services offered on the Site.

Violate the security or authentication system on the Site or any network related to the Site.

Reverse lookup, track or attempt to track any information about any other User of the Site.

Use the Site and its Content for any purposes prohibited by the laws of the Russian Federation, as well as incite any illegal activities or other activities that violate the rights of the Internet resource or other persons.

SITE UTILIZATION

The Site and the Content included on the Site are owned and operated by Site Administration.

The content of the Site may not be copied, published, reproduced, transmitted or distributed by any means, as well as posted on the global network "Internet" without the prior written consent of the Site Administration.

The content of the Site is protected by copyright, trademark law, as well as other intellectual property rights and unfair competition laws.

This Agreement shall apply to all additional provisions for services provided on the Site.

Information posted on the Site shall not be construed as a modification of this Agreement.

Administration of the site has the right to make changes to the list of services offered on the Site at any time without notice to the User.

LIABILITY

Any losses that the User may incur in case of intentional or negligent violation of any provision of this Agreement, as well as due to unauthorized access to the communications of another User, the Administration of the site shall not be reimbursed.

The administration of the site is not responsible for:
Delays or failures in the process of making the operation, resulting from force majeure, as well as any case of malfunction in telecommunication, computer, electrical and other related systems.

Actions of transfer systems, banks, payment systems and for delays related to their work.

Proper functioning of the Site, in case the User does not have the necessary technical means for its use, and does not bear any obligation to provide users with such means.

BREACH OF THE TERMS OF THE USER AGREEMENT

Site Administration has the right to disclose any information collected about the User of this Site, if disclosure is necessary in connection with an investigation or complaint regarding misuse of the Site or to establish (identify) the User who may violate or interfere with the rights of the Site Administration or the rights of other Users of the Site.

The site administration has the right to disclose any information about the User, which it considers necessary to fulfill the provisions of applicable laws or court decisions, to ensure the fulfillment of the terms of this Agreement, protection of rights or security.

The site administration has the right to disclose information about the User, if the current legislation of the Russian Federation requires or permits such disclosure.

Site Administration has the right to terminate and (or) block access to the Site without prior notice to the User, if the User has violated this Agreement or the terms of use of the Site contained in other documents, as well as in the case of termination of the Site or due to a technical failure or problem.

The site administration shall not be liable to the User or third parties for termination of access to the Site in case of violation by the User of any provision of this Agreement or any other document containing the terms of use of the Site.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION

If it is impossible to resolve the dispute voluntarily, any of the Parties shall be entitled to apply to the court for protection of their rights, which are granted to them by the current legislation of the Russian Federation.

Any claim with respect to the terms of use of the Site must be brought within the period after the cause of action accrues, except for copyright protection for legally protected materials on the Site. If the terms of this paragraph are violated, any claim or cause of action shall be barred by the statute of limitations.

ADDITIONAL CONDITIONS

The administration of the site does not accept counter-proposals from the User regarding changes to this User Agreement.

User's reviews posted on the Site are not confidential information and can be used by the Site Administration without restrictions.
